CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ms. Kramer has over 15+ years of experience in the implementation of Project Controls processes across mega projects that include earned value management, risk management, change management, planning, cost and schedule management, and forecasting. From power plants to airports, her work portfolio includes large scale domestic and international infrastructure projects that range in value from $200 million to $22 billion. Ms. Kramer has provided expertise across multiple complex projects to ensure they finish on-time and on-budget.

Ms. Choi specializes in cross-disciplinary project management and coordination and firmly believes clear communication is the key to any project’s success. Her responsibilities have included developing, implementing, and overseeing controls and processes to aid in project accountability, organization, procurement, design management, risk assessment, and planning. Over 14+ years, Ms. Choi has managed over $10+ billion worth of projects in the New York market and has been involved in all aspects of the design, construction, and development processes of her projects, ranging from conducting due diligence for investors to managing design, project controls processes, schedules, and budgets. Her experience covers a diverse set of projects that includes aviation, multifamily, office, high-end private residential, and mixed-use developments.

With over 23+ years of project management experience, mainly in Public Private Partnerships (P3), Mr. Moussallieh brings a history of success as a Project Controls Director across large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Most recognized for his ability to manage project teams and resources, deliverables, clients, and stakeholders, Mr. Moussallieh consistently delivers high-quality results on-time and on-budget.
